Weary Brits have been warned to take down clocks from their bedrooms in a bid to tackle the nation's problem with getting enough sleep.

Among the changes the charity advises making at night is putting clocks out of sight. If you have a clock in your bedroom, for example, consider taking it down and putting it where you can't see it or, if you have an alarm clock, turning it away from you so the time is not longer visible.The charity explains: "It is common to watch the clock when we are awake at night.
