Arsenal goalkeeper Bernd Leno was stretchered off after a nasty landing in a clash with Brighton forward Neal Maupay – and the German had words for his opponent from the stretcher.Mikel Arteta's shot-stopper was forced off after 39 minutes, landing awkwardly on his right foot after leaping for the ball under pressure from the forward.He was collecting a long ball from Daly Propper, which had bounced on the right side of his penalty box.
But Brighton's French forward also tracked the ball, getting there as the goalkeeper jumped up to claim it.The pair then collided at the AmEx, forcing Leno into a landing that pushed his right foot out too far.After a few minutes, he was stretchered off – but took the time to shout at Maupay for his part in.
