Brad Pitt is set to star in a new movie adaptation of Japanese thriller Bullet Train. According to reports, the Oscar-winning actor, 56, has signed up for the film after a welcomed opening in his schedule as production for his movie Babylon – which will see Brad co-star alongside Emma Stone – was moved to 2021.
Variety reports that Brad is on board for Bullet Train, while David Leitch – who previously worked on Fast & Furious spin-off Hobbs & Shaw starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham – will direct.
The movie is based on Japanese novel Maria Beetle, written by Kotaro Isaka, with an English translation of the book set to be released next year.
