Boy, 17, charged with murder following death of Chintzia McIntyre in Warrington

A teenager has been charged with murder following the death of a woman in Warrington. The woman - named by police as Chintzia McIntyre - was the victim of a 'serious assault' on Phoenix Place on Tuesday (August 29).

Emergency services were called but the 48-year-old sadly died on the scene. Cheshire Police launched an investigation. Cheshire Police said in a statement: "Detectives investigating the death of a woman in Warrington have charged a 17-year-old boy.
