A teenage boy has been arrested after a pursuit ended with a police car landing on its roof following a knife-point car-jacking.The 15-year-old has been arrested on suspicion of robbery and dangerous driving after the incident in Tameside yesterday evening (Monday).
Police were initially called reports of a car-jacking at knifepoint in Oldham.Officers began chasing the suspected stolen vehicle, before a 'tactical collision' took place on Audenshaw Road.An eyewitness wrote on Facebook that they saw the passenger of the car get out during the chase, before the 'driver slammed on to do a runner too'."The police car collided with it and flipped," the eyewitness said.
