The girl was subjected to the horrifying attack at Hollingworth Lake, in Rochdale, at about 6.40pm yesterday (Wednesday, June 2), police say.
Officers attended the scene and arrested a 14-year-old boy on suspicion of rape boy a short time later. He remains in custody.
