Boy, 12, brutally attacked by gang in park with footage circulating online

Thankfully, the youngster escaped with only 'minor injuries', Greater Manchester Police added as an investigation continued.
The force called the attack in Rochdale 'shocking' and said it was 'aware of footage of the incident circulating online', although no further details were revealed. The schoolboy was in Denehurst Park in Rochdale, off Sandy Lane in the Spotland area of the town close to Rochdale AFC's ground, at the time.
Police said he was attacked by a 'group of youths', although no exact number or descriptions have been provided. Details of the incident have only just been confirmed.
