Roberts, 42, said she was diagnosed with bowel cancer at the start of October and she is having surgery to remove a tumour on Monday.
She revealed the diagnosis in an Instagram post. Roberts urged others who have the signs to get checked out as soon as possible, and described her outlook as “positive”. “So far the outlook is positive and I feel so lucky I can be treated.
