Boris Johnson has congratulated Joe Biden on his US presidential election victory, saying that the he is looking forward "to working closely together on our shared priorities".
After a lengthy count, the win was finally called today - with joyous scenes breaking out across the US. Biden has pledged to be a "President for all Americans", while running mate Kamala Harris said it was a race "for the soul of America".
