'Book of Boba Fett' Fan Premiere Event Postponed Due to COVID-19 Surge

Hollywood is slowly starting to see more and more postponements and cancellations due to the latest COVID-19 variant wave with regard to Omicron.

The latest casualty? The red carpet premiere of Disney+’s The Book of Boba Fett. Click inside to read the statement… “Out of an abundance of caution, we will be postponing the Boba Fett fan event,” the streamer said in a statement (via Variety). “It will be relocated to the 8th of February in celebration of the finale.” The show’s star, Ming-Na Wen, was set to be in attendance, as well as numerous other famous faces in the Star Wars universe.
