Furious residents are set to hold a rally outside the historic Black Bitch pub in Linlithgow over plans to rename the 17th century venue.
Major bar chain Greene King previously confirmed they would be changing the name to the Black Hound in a bid to make it more “inclusive”.
But the move has sparked fierce opposition from residents of the West Lothian town who have accused hospitality bosses of “attacking” their history.
