IL Divo singer Carlos Marín is reportedly in an induced coma after being rushed to hospital. The Spanish star, 53, is believed to be in intensive care at Manchester Royal Hospital - just days after the band postponed their UK tour due to illness.
Marín is in a serious condition but his organs are stable after being admitted on December 8, according to El Espanol. He last posted on Instagram on December 6 in a snap alongside bandmates David Miller, Sébastien Izambard and Urs Bühler.
Just days later, the group announced a delay to all performances until 2022 down to band "illness" but gave no further details.
In a statement, they said: "Unfortunately, due to illness, the remaining dates for Il Divo’s December 2021 UK tour have been postponed.
