Viewers of Big Brother's Best Shows Ever were left furious to see Michael Barrymore's impression of Adolf Hitler air on the clip show.

The scene from the 2006 series of CelebrityBig Brother saw the television presenter, 68, take part in a talent show by doing an impersonation of the notorious Nazi dictator.

Barrymore was seen donning a fake moustache and was shown performing a Nazi salute. The star's fellow contestants, including Jodie Marsh, Pete Burns, and Preston, looked on in bewilderment at his performance.

Michael Barrymore went on to place second to Chantelle Houghton on the Channel 4 reality series, having entered the Big Brother house to revive his ailing career.
