Britain's Got Talent fans reacted with anger at the show's judges and accused them of "ruining" one of the most popular acts in the first live semi-final.Magic act The Witches has had viewers enthused following their storming first audition for the show, with viewers trying to guess at the identity of the disturbing witch at the centre of the performance.
But in the live semi-final, on Monday (May 30) The Witches' chance of a place in the final was "sabotaged" by Amanda Holden, Simon Cowell and David Walliams in particular, disgruntled fans claimed.
During the act, the judges tried to stick the knife into each other. The Witch invited each one of the judges in turn to reach into a rotting bag and pull out "their biggest fear" on a card.As Alesha Dixon was asked the question of her biggest fear, David Walliams chipped in with: "Reforming Misteeq!".Simon Cowell was hit with the best jibe of all as, when he was asked his biggest fear, Walliams said: "I've lost the number of my plastic surgeon", Tto which Cowell replied: "David Walliams just signed a 10 year BGT contract."There was laughter, but things took a darker turn as Holden then pulled "rodents" out of The Witches' bag.
She then stood up and said 'noo – no there's not going to be a rat in that box in there?", as she was told to reach inside a box.For all the latest lifestyle news, sign up to our daily newsletter here.After she tentatively reached inside, Holden screamed at the top of her voice and ran off screen, while Dixon quickly followed when the box's lid came off, revealing a big, furry, live brown rat inside.Many viewers were not keen on the judges' behaviour throughout the act, which had been widely tipped to make the grand final.
