ITV bosses have turned to Adil Ray to fill the void and has joined Kate Garraway on the breakfast news show. The 46-year-old actor is best known for creating and starring in BBC comedy Citizen Khan but he has already been presenting GMB at the end of the week before moving his days to Monday to Wednesday.
He opened up on Instagram about the prospect of teaming up with Kate and how to greet her during these Covid-19 affected times and with the 53-year-old host experiencing a tough time over the past few months as her husband fights for his life in hospital.
