Get the stories that matter to you sent straight to your inbox with our daily newsletter.A dedicated Bellsmyre charity worker had her photograph beamed onto iconic landmark Stonehenge.Jade West, volunteer coordinator for the Skylark IX Recovery Trust, was one of eight people from across the country recognised as Heritage Heroes – with the former OLSP pupil having her image projected onto the historic stones alongside the seven other community champions.Jade, 28, now hopes that her journey can help inspire other young women to get involved in preserving West Dunbartonshire’s rich history.The third-year Glasgow University student has been working on the partnership between the Skylark trust and Dumbarton-based addiction charity Alternatives.
