Vito Coppola has admitted that he and Sarah Hadland have 'cried' over their continued journey in Strictly Come Dancing as they get to work for the last week of the competition.
The pair competed in the semi-final of the BBC One dance contest over the weekend, during which each of the five remaining couples had to perform two dances each in a bid for a place in the upcoming Strictly 2024 final.
The first dance from Miranda star Sarah and her professional partner Vito was a tango to Big Love by Fleetwood Mac. Craig Revel Horwood said the dance was “full of passion, purpose, intent” and the pair received 36 points out of a possible 40 from the judges. Despite a divided response from the judges, the couple were supported by the voting public and it was confirmed during the last results show of the series on Sunday night (December 8) that Sarah and Vito have made it through to the final, which takes place this Saturday night (December 14).
