Sam Quek has jokingly been told to be 'easy' on Nikita Kuzmin as she shared a candid update amid training for her next Strictly Come Dancing performance.
The Olympic hockey star had a tough time in the ballroom over the weekend and fought back tears as she was confronted with the mistakes she made during her latest dance with her professional dance partner.
Sam and Nikita were seen performing a Quickstep to Natasha Bedingfield hit Unwritten during week five of the BBC One dance contest but things didn't go to plan with the judges finding fault with a number of things in the routine. Sam and Nikita ended up getting just 26 out of possibly 40 points having previously broken through the 30 barrier with their marks.
