BBC Strictly Come Dancing's Jamie Borthwick says 'this is hard' as he tells fans the truth

Jamie Borthwick has shared an honest admission about his time on Strictly Come Dancing as he told fans the truth about his latest performance.

The actor was reflecting on his latest weekend in the BBC One dance contest with pro partner Michelle Tsiakkas. The pair received less then enthusiastic comments from the judges following their latest stint on the dance floor, during which they performed an Argentine tango to Do I Wanna Know?

by the Arctic Monkeys, after which they landed at the bottom of the leaderboard alongside Shayne Ward and Nancy Xu, with 30 points.

But unlike Shayne and Nancy, Jamie and Michelle escaped the dreaded dance-off and it was confirmed during Sunday night's (November 10) results show that they had made it through to Strictly's annual Blackpool special next weekend.
