JB Gill and Lauren Oakley have made honest admissions to each other ahead of the Strictly Come Dancing final - and they weren't allowed to judge each other over what they said.

The pair have spent another week hard at work in training after making it through to the final of the BBC One dance contest, which will take place on Saturday night (December 14).

The duo will return to the show's famous ballroom for one last time alongside fellow finalists, Sarah Hadland and Vito Coppola, Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell and Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec, as they all perform three dances each in the last week of the competition.

JB and Lauren secured their place in the Strictly 2024 final after they hit the ballroom floor last Saturday night (December 7) during the semi-final of the hit dance show.
