Johannes Radebe has admitted to being a 'mess' when facing Strictly Come Dancing's dreaded dance-offs, and praised Montell Douglas for pulling him through.

The pair took a break from training for their next performance on Wednesday (November 27) to appear on Loose Women. Olympian Montell and professional dancer Johannes will be looking to bounce back during the next live show on Saturday night (November 30) after having to fight for their place in the BBC One dance contest's quarter-final.

The pair already appeared to bounce back during the latest live show last Saturday night (November 23) after surviving being in the bottom two during the previous weekend's Blackpool special. They had received a very impressive score of 37 out of a possible 40 for the routine with Anton Du Beke saying it was their best performance since their couple’s choice.
