Montell Douglas has broken her silence on her Strictly Come Dancing as she shared the reality of what led her to signing up to the hit dance show.

The Olympian became the tenth celebrity to leave the BBC One dance contest during the latest results show on Sunday night (December 1) alongside her professional dance partner Johannes Radebe.

The pair were hit with being in the dance-off for a third time in a row as Strictly reached its quarter-final stage. On Saturday night (November 30), which was also the show's Musicals Week special, Montell and Johannes delivered an emotion-packed rumba to I’m Here from The Color Purple. They were defeated in the dance-off by former Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and her partner Aljaz Skorjanec with both couples having to reprise their routines.
