Tasha Ghouri has admitted being in the dance-off on Strictly Come Dancing was 'heartbreaking' as she went up against co-stars who she 'adores'.

The former Love Island star and her professional dance partner Aljaz Skorajnec appeared in the dance-off during Sunday night's (December 1) results show despite scoring the joint second highest with 38 for their Argentine tango to Ex-Wives from Six The Musical during Strictly's Musicals special on Saturday night (November 30).

Tasha and Aljaz faced Gladiator and former Olympian Montell Douglas and her dance partner Johannes Radebe in the bottom-two and both couples had to perform their dances for a second time, including the latter pair's rumba to I’m Here from The Colour Purple.
