JB Gill has said Saturday's semi-final 'was a blur' as he admitted his 'worry' ahead of the final. The JLS star, 38, has now earned his spot in Saturday's grand finale next weekend after being saved by the public.

During the semi-final of the BBC One dance contest on Saturday night (December 7), the five remaining couples each performed two dances each in a bid to impress both the judges and viewers at home.

JB Gill scored 39 points out of a possible 40 after performing a paso doble to Requiem For A Tower by Clint Mansell, which was praised by judges as an "absolutely amazing" performance. On Sunday, it was announced that Pete Wicks and his professional dance partner Jowita Przystał would face the dreaded dance-off for the first time against Love Island star Tasha Ghouri and Aljaz Skorjanec.
