BBC Strictly Come Dancing's JB Gill 'in tears' as star pays tribute to Amy and Lauren after final

Strictly Come Dancing came to the end for another year with the final last Saturday (14 December) declaring comedian Chris McCausland and his professional partner Dianne Buswell as the winners.

After each of the remaining four couples performed three dances, runner-ups JB Gill, Tasha Ghouri, and Sarah Hadland watched as the Glitterball trophy was handed to Chris and Dianne after they won over the public with the majority vote.

JB Gill and his dancer partner Lauren Oakley performed their show dance to a Motown Medley, a Viennese Waltz to Let’s Go Fly A Kite from Mary Poppins and a Samba to Mas Que Nada by Sergio Mendes. On Sunday (15 December), the JLS star took to Instagram to gush about his "one in a million experience" of taking part in Strictly.
