Chris McCausland was keen to hide his emotions over the Strictly Come Dancing final before Dianne Buswell called him out for the sweet move.

The comedian has recently said that he is "very proud" to have made the final of the BBC One dance contest alongside his professional partner Diannebecause he was keen to "represent in a positive way" as the show's first blind contestant but he was initially concerned about the message it would have sent out if he had proven to be a "terrible" dancer.

But that hasn't been the case, with Chris and Dianne's partnership capturing the hearts of the nation, seeing them through to the end of the competition without ever landing in a dance-off.
