Strictly Come Dancing star Adam Thomas has told his fans 'I can do this' before sharing a 'tough' moment with his family ahead of this weekend's live show.
The actor, who recently reprised the role of Donte Charles in the reboot of Waterloo Road, remains in the running for the Strictly glitterball trophy with his dance partner Luba Mushtuk.
