BBC Breakfast were forced to ditch their usual schedule after one of their guests turned down their interview - as the government's Christmas party scandal rages on.Wednesday's Breakfast (December 8) was fronted by presenters Jon Kay and Sally Nugent, and they told viewers that they had been expecting to speak to MP Sajid Javid, the Health Secretary, about the anniversary of the vaccination campaign.They explained that they usually speak to politicians at 7.30am on the show every day, which is an opportunity for viewers to get answers from government ministers on the issues that matter most to them.However, that sadly wasn't the case on Wednesday as it turns out the senior Conservative MP had turned down the interview, leaving the breakfast.
