Baby boy dies in hospital days after being found unresponsive at house as two adults charged

A baby boy who was found unresponsive at a house last Sunday has died in hospital, police have confirmed.The tot, only three months old, was rushed to hospital and was left fighting for his life after suffering horror injuries.Emergency services raced out to a home on Percy Road in Seacombe, Wirral, Merseyside at around midday following reports of concern for the child.Medics described the baby's condition as critical.

Police have no confirmed that he passed away from his injuries, The Mirror reports.Klevi Pirjani, 36, and Nivadla Santos Pirjani, 33, both of Percy Road, were both charged with causing grievous bodily harm and with wounding with intent.Police said the pair appeared at Liverpool Magistrate's Court on Wednesday where they were remanded in custody.
