Irvine harbour restaurant and takeaway reckon they have created a mouthwatering pick-me-up for disappointed Scotland fans.After losing yesterday's Euro 2020 opener 2-0 to the Czech Republic, The Niche decided to whip up a unique twist on a classic Scottish flavour profile to put a smile back on punters' faces.Stevie C's Tartan Topper burger is stacked with succulent grilled chicken, Arran mustard cheese, Ayrshire bacon and drizzled in Buckfast BBQ sauce.And balanced atop the bun is a BATTERED Caramel Wafer.Served with haggis and Arran mustard cheese sauce fries and crispy onions, bosses believe this is just the tonic for deflated Tartan Army members.The burger creation is the invention of The Niche's head chef Iain Armour.The Ayrshire Live.
