Arsenal have been amongst the clubs hit hardest by the coronavirus crisis with the club forced into lockdown. Training was cancelled after manager Mikel Arteta tested positive for the COVID-19 coronavirus on Thursday evening before the Premier League suspended fixtures with immediate effect.
The news came as a particularly bitter blow to a handful of youngsters who stepped into first-team training with Arteta's squad ahead of their clash with his former club, Manchester City, which was due to take place this weekend.
Under-18s Miguel Azeez, Kido Taylor-Hart and Alfie Matthews all shared pictures on social media training with their senior counterparts, with team-mate Catalin Cirjan also seen in the background of photos.
