Arnold Schwarzenegger has been keeping his fans updated with his coronavirus lockdown activities, and the action hero took some time out of the house for a bike ride in the fresh air.

The movie star turned California governor, 72, was seen riding his bike with friends around Santa Monica, getting his daily exercise in amid the lockdown.

He has been encouraging his fans to abide by the rules of the lockdown and stay in their homes as much as possible in order to slow the spread of the deadly pandemic.

Aside from vital trips to buy food or medicine, heading to and from work for key workers or daily exercise, people have been told to remain in their homes and avoid meeting up with others or having gatherings.
