Glasgow after armed cops were called to a block of flats in the West End.At least three marked police vehicles were parked at Glasgow Harbour Terraces next to the River Clyde near Partick at around 9.30pm on Thursday.One eyewitness told how officers, armed with machine guns, were shouting at a man inside one of the flats.He said: “They’re shouting up to a man in a flat and telling him to come out with his hands up.”Residents and passersby also report being told to stay inside and to avoid the area by officers guarding the scene.Police Scotland has been approached for comment..
