Argentine Superstar Emilia Closes Out Historic '.MP3 Tour' Residency in Buenos Aires - See the Concert Photos & Set List!

Emilia is making history! The 27-year-old “La Original” superstar just performed 10 nights of her .MP3 Tour at the Movistar Arena in Buenos Aires, Argentina from April to May, performing for 120,000 fans during the residency and becoming the first artist to sell out 10 shows in 10 hours. Emilia delivered a nostalgia-filled set full of ’00s pop, R&B, dance and hip-hop references as captured on her latest album .mp3, along with a bunch of special guest appearances, including Duki, Tiago PZK, Nicki Nicole, TINI and more, as well as performing “Guerrero.mp3″ to her father who watched from the audience. Keep reading to find out more… On the 10th and final night of her shows, Emilia premiered a live rendition of her latest collaboration “Perdonarte ¿Para Qué?” with Mexican group Los Ángeles Azules, and teased an upcoming song with QR code stickers for fans!

With her floating platform from the main stage to the secondary stage, she also became the first artist to include a flying platform in the Movistar Arena! Emilia‘s outfits included designs from Poster Girl, Lado Bokuchava, Fanci Club and Defaience.

In collaboration with Spotify EQUAL, she also sponsored five emerging artists to open for her Movistar shows: Connie Isla, Yami Safdie, Clara Cava, More Navarro and Malena Villa.

The .MP3 Tour is now embarking on its summer leg, making stops in Spain and Mexico. She’ll later perform at the legendary Estadio Vélez Sarsfield (José Amalfitani Stadium) in back to back sold-out shows on Saturday, October 12 and Sunday, October 13.
