The 29-year-old picked up the injury in the win on the road against Port Vale earlier this month. Ian Evatt has previously said he expects the Wanderers midfielder to be out for several weeks.
Ahead of this weekend's clash on the road against Forest Green Rovers, Evatt confirmed Sarcevic is doing well in his recovery and is more or less pain free.
