Ant and Dec didn't hold back in making a cheeky joke about Coleen Rooney's feud with Rebekah Vardy as the WAG prepares to enter the jungle for this year's I'm A Celebrity.

As they welcomed the celebrities, Dec quipped: "It will be nice for her to face trial that doesn't involve Rebekah Vardy." This is a nod to the highly publicised legal battle between the two WAGs.

Just hours before the show, Rebekah tried to show she was unfazed by Coleen's appearance on the show. Rebekah, who also appeared on the ITV show in 2017, was famously accused by Coleen of leaking stories to The Sun, leading to a high-profile libel case.

However, in July 2022, a High Court judge found Coleen's post to be "substantially true". When asked if she would watch Coleen take on the Bushtucker trials, Rebekah told The Sun: "Absolutely, we'll be watching avidly.
