I'm A Celeb's Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly have never been late for a single episode of I'm A Celeb since it launched in 2002 - which is perhaps surprising because their watches are permanently covered with tape while they're on set, something that has regularly been noticed by viewers.
Several theories have been advanced for it - preventing light from reflecting onto the cameras was one that gained some credibility.
But the reason is in fact much less practical than that.They simply don't - for whatever reason - want the campmates to know what time it is.The celebrities, as well as the cast and crew, have to keep to unusual hours given the time difference between the UK and Australia.
That means when they get a visit in camp at the end of each night's episode, even thought it's gone 10pm in Britain, they've just woken up.
