The duo trolled the Take That star for complaining that literally dropping microphones would damage them, especially because he owns some particularly nice ones.
It followed his tweet about his latest Crooner Session being a ‘mic drop’. Gary’s tweet read: ‘I’m not sure about this “mic drop” phrase – I have a beautiful collection of mics, old, new, rare and unique. ‘They’re simply not to be dropped.
Like, ever! Anyone caught dropping my mic will be in serious s**t’. Dec replied with a gag about their old pop act PJ and Duncan and their song Let’s Get Ready To Rhumble.
