She then became the president of Kirk's production company.Anne also received a producer credit on Peg Leg, Musket & Sabre in 1973, and 1975’s Posse, which starred her husband.The publicist went on to dedicate her time to philanthropy work, including founding the Anne Douglas Center for Women at the Los Angeles Mission and cofounding The Douglas Foundation with Hollywood icon Kirk.Anne first met Kirk in 1953 on the set of Act of Love.
