Hearts chair Ann Budge has admitted sympathy with clubs who feel insulted by Rangers' handling of the independent investigation fallout - but will backs their stance in demanding an EGM.
On Friday, the Ibrox club released a list of seven issues that needed to be resolved surrounding the SPFL's handling of the now infamous Dundee flip-flop vote and calling for an members vote.
They have also claimed to hold evidence, provided by a whistleblower, that suggests the SPFL have serious questions to answer.Rangers needed the backing of two clubs to proceed and it has now been reported the Jambos and Stranraer have backed their move.
