The reason for the removal is that the judge allegedly has a business relationship with one of Brad‘s attorneys and he failed to disclose this information in a timely manner, according to the Associated Press (via Page Six).
The motion says that Judge John W. Ouderkirk “failed to disclose the cases that demonstrated the current, ongoing, repeat-customer relationship between the judge and Respondent’s counsel.” The motion from Angelina‘s team says that Brad‘s attorney “actively advocated for Judge Ouderkirk’s financial interests in moving — over the opposing party’s opposition
