And Postecoglou is continuing his transfer preparations as he aims to ensure the Parkhead side compete at the highest level when his dream becomes reality.
The Celtic boss is eyeing Argentinian left-back Alexandro Beranbei with the kid poised to quit Lanus and move to Europe, while it’s understood the club are deep in negotiations to finalise a deal for former Dundee United keeper Benjamin Siegrist on a free transfer.
Postecoglou has other recruitment plans ongoing as he hunts key additions for the Premiership title defence and return to the group phase.
