Posteocglou has taken English football by storm after leaving Celtic in the summer, but former Manchester United defender Neville wasn't convinced initially as had made reference to the "Pep Guardiola idea" of full-backs tucking into midfield - insisted the former Parkhead boss has borrowed from the playbook.
