Kate Middleton and Prince William 'eyeing up cushy prep school for Prince George'
Prince George could soon find himself enrolled in a high-prestige prep school in Berkshire that costs a whopping £7,000 a term. With plans for a new life in the Home Counties, The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are “progressing rapidly” with the move, with arrangements being put in place. The couple are understood to be finalising arrangements to move Prince George to a new prep school in Berkshire this September.Whilst plans are not confirmed, it seems co-educational Lambrook, near Ascot, is thought to be the current front runner as a potential school. It is more than likely, however, that Princess Charlotte, six, will remain at Thomas’ Battersea for the time being where she is “super happy and settled” and will be joined by her brother, Prince Louis, who turns four this spring.Whilst the Cambridges have their eyes on the Home Counties, they are set to keep their Kensington Palace Apartment 1A as their weekday offices and base. This means that Anmer Hall, their Norfolk home, may revert back to the Queen to pass on to another family member or to hire out privately in the near future. The Duke and Duchess are planning where to settle down their family in the future.
