Jack Dunn Andres Alvarez has been named EVP, head of home entertainment at Paramount Pictures, while Paramount said that Bob Buchi, president of worldwide home entertainment, is stepping down from his role and exiting the company.
Craig White, executive VP of worldwide sales and distribution for home entertainment will also exit the company, Paramount announced.
Alvarez joins the studio having previously worked at Amazon MGM Studios, where he served as head of digital distribution, responsible for global transaction commerce as well as AVOD and FAST distribution.
Before the merger, Alvarez worked as SVP of digital distribution at MGM. Prior to MGM, Alvarez was head of domestic content licensing and account management for global digital platforms at 20th Century Fox.
