Supermarket employees are working hard to keep the nation fed. And some are even going the extra mile when their shifts end.

Kind-hearted Asda workers are among those to be praised during the coronavirus pandemic. A touching Facebook post revealed how three staff members picked up extra groceries to support their communities.

Meanwhile, another employee gave up her own shopping to help out a vulnerable customer. The selfless team have been praised for their acts of goodwill.
