Amateur football club forced out of FA leagues unless trans players take hormone tests

Manchester Laces is a newly-formed football club, currently based in Whalley Range, and welcomes women and non-binary people of all abilities.

However, their inclusivity has proven to be barrier when it comes to joining leagues this upcoming season. Under FA rules, trans players must submit hormone readings before playing in an affiliated match to prove testosterone levels are 'within range to minimise any advantage'.
