It’s one this column has been grappling with since even before Steven Gerrard was tasked with confronting this Colombian conundrum.But the fact that the Rangers manager has been wrestling with this loose cannon for more than two years and still hasn’t come up with a definitive answer does not reflect particularly well on a young boss who has, for the most part, made an impressive start to his career on the touchline.Surely Gerrard can be in no doubt about what is required now Morelos has been officially declared as unfit for purpose.This is a player who, despite being worth his considerable weight in goals, continues to do more harm than good to Gerrard’s loftyambitions not to mention the harmony.
