First Minister was published earlier today and concluded there were "serious flaws" in the process. It also reported that Nicola Sturgeon had "misled" the parliament in some of her evidence.
Scotland's chief civil servant Leslie Evans also comes in for heavy criticism in the 188-page report. One of the complainers said they were "just left to swim" and that the government "basically" ignored them following the concession of the judicial review.
