Aldi, Tesco, Sainsbury's Amazon, M&S and Co-Op recall more than 100 food products over diarrhoea fears

Over 100 food products have been recalled from major supermarkets and retailers over sickness fears. Stores including Tesco, Aldi, Amazon and Sainsbury's have all pulled items from shelves as a precaution.

Pret A Manger has also withdrawn all items containing chicken from its shelves Waitrose and Marks and Spencer have also recalled chicken products over the salmonella fears.

Salmonella can cause fever, diarrhoea, and abdominal cramps. It is not yet clear if anyone has been made ill by the bug from eating one of the products listed below.

If you've purchased one of the items that have been recalled, you should return it to your nearest store for a full refund. For each of the products that have been pulled, only specific best before and use by dates are affected, says the Mirror.
